Donations are generally non-refundable. However, in cases of mistaken payments or duplicate donations, you may request a refund by contacting HelpAge Sri Lanka at the contact information provided below. Refund requests will be evaluated and processed at the sole discretion of HelpAge Sri Lanka.
All donations are processed securely through our payment gateway. HelpAge Sri Lanka does not store any credit or debit card information on its servers. Payments are processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the selected payment provider.
